1. SMOKING POLICY – Ivory Sands Beach Suites is a completely non-smoking facility. Any charges resulting from deodorizing the property or other smoke related maintenance, including replacement of items, shall be the financial responsibility of the occupant of said room.  Smoking in designated areas may be available.

2. CHECK IN POLICY – Check in time is 4:00pm

3. CHECK OUT POLICY – Check out time is 11:00am (Early check in and late check out may be available.  Please check with the Front Desk.)

4. DAMAGES & REMOVAL OF HOTEL PROPERTY POLICY – We reserve the right to charge guests the cost ($100.00 Authorization hold) of rectifying damage, caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act of the guest to the hotels property or structure.

5. RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICY – First night stay deposit from an accepted credit card required at time of booking. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a one (1) room night charge plus tax. Reservations will be held until 11:00 a.m. the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you have not checked in by this time, a NO-SHOW charge of one (1) room night plus tax will be charged to your credit card and your full reservation will be cancelled.

6. PARKING POLICY -Complementary Parking is available during your stay with in/ out privileges.  The Parking Pass must be displayed and visible on the dash of your vehicle.  After Check Out your vehicle will be charged the Daily Rate.

7. CANDLE, INCENSE, ESSENTIAL OILS – Candles, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited.  These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine accessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds. 

8. GUEST VISITORS  – Guest Room and  Amenities such as the pool are limited to one visitor  per room.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE –    Ivory Sands Beach Suites Properties are privately owned and operated.

10. PET POLICY – No pets allowed / Accredited service dogs accepted.

11. EARLY DEPARTURE – There is no refund for early Check Out.
